The theme for the night is "Overdressed"!
Gentlemen are encouraged to wear a tuxedo or dark suit with a bow tie.
Ladies can opt for a floor-length gown or cocktail dress. Think red carpet energy, more is more, bring the colors and drama!
Yes! We’ll be arranging shuttle pickups from both Admiralty and Kowloon Tong at 2:45pm, for arrival to attend Ceremony at 4pm.
In the RSVP form, please let us know if you’d like to use the shuttle and indicate your preferred pickup location. We’ll follow up closer to the wedding to confirm your arrangements and share final details.
There are the following options:
Direct taxi / Uber
• 40–50 min drive (traffic dependent)
• ~HKD $300–400 (4 passengers max)
MTR + taxi
1. Take MTR (via East Rail Line from East Tsim Sha Tsui or transfer via Kowloon Tong) → Sheung Shui Station
2. Taxi
• Total time: ~50–60 min
• ~HKD $70–105 per person
MTR + minibus
1. Take MTR (via East Rail Line from East Tsim Sha Tsui or transfer via Kowloon Tong) → Sheung Shui Station
2. Minibus 50K + short walk
• Total time: ~60 min
• ~HKD $30-45 per person

Parking at the venue is limited and will be prioritised for family and the bridal party.
If you would like to request a parking spot, please reach out to us directly. We’ll allocate spaces on a first-come, first-served basis.

As Beas River Country Club is a bit further away from city center, rest assured that transportation will be arranged on day of wedding to take you from convenient locations in the city – Admiralty or Kowloon Tong – to the wedding venue and back. If you are interested in this option, please express show in the RSVP form.
