Stays

Here are our recommended hotels for your stay. We suggest choosing somewhere close to Central, where you’ll find a vibrant mix of experiences – from traditional to modern, East to West, and everything from casual local spots to refined dining.

That said, Central is one of the more expensive areas to stay in. Hong Kong’s public transport is reliable and affordable, so staying slightly further out is still very convenient.

Transportation will be arranged from Admiralty to Beas River Country Club on the wedding day.

Located in North Point, this hotel offers incredible harbour views and a more local, authentic Hong Kong neighbourhood feel, with great food and markets nearby. It’s right by the MTR, making it very easy to get around – just ~10–12 minutes by MTR to Central or around 10–15 minutes by taxi. A great option if you want a modern, comfortable stay (with a pool and harbor-view gym!) while still being well connected to the city.

A stylish, design-led boutique hotel in Wan Chai inspired by old Hong Kong’s maritime heritage. It’s

known for its warm, intimate atmosphere, thoughtful details, and a fantastic Italian restaurant downstairs that’s popular with both locals and visitors. The location is super convenient – walkable to

Star Street (the soho of Wan Chai) or just a short MTR ride to Central.

The Fleming

A serene, design-led luxury hotel perched above Pacific Place in Admiralty, offering a calm, residential feel right in the heart of Hong Kong. Known for its warm minimalist interiors by designer André Fu, it feels more like a private retreat than a typical hotel. Be sure to visit Salisterra on the 49th floor for what we think is one of the best views in Hong Kong (Victoria Peak aside), paired with a beautiful dining experience.

A beautifully designed boutique hotel tucked along one of Hong Kong’s most historic cobbled streets in Central, blending old-world charm with modern luxury. Its location puts you right in the heart of the city—steps from Lan Kwai Fong, Soho, and some of Hong Kong’s best dining and nightlife. Rooms are stylish, and feel like a calm retreat amid the energy of Central.

Elevated Dining

For elevated dining in Hong Kong, these are the places we love for special meals out, whether it’s a celebration or just an excuse to dress up a little.

GAIA Ristorante is an elegant Italian restaurant in Central, Hong Kong, known for its refined and authentic take on classic Italian dining. We used to come here for laid-back date nights!

A lively, izakaya-style spot specialising in yakitori and modern Japanese comfort food, we often come here for a vibey date night. It’s casual, energetic, and consistently delicious – highly recommend the chicken meatballs, Korean fried cauliflower, and liver mousse.

This is our absolute favorite restaurant in Hong Kong! A beautifully designed Chinese restaurant known for elevated takes on classic dishes in a dramatic setting, it is a must-visit for an indulgent night out. Our favorite dishes include the Iberico barbecue pork, crispy Peking duck, and in our humble opinon – the world’s best soup dumplings.
